John Nguyen, RMT is a graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. He decided to become a massage therapist because he loves helping people. As a therapist, he knows that combining techniques like myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy with relaxation techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage in treating tight muscles from everyday use, tension headaches, TMJ pain or injuries from overuse. At the end of the day he finds great fulfillment knowing he has helped make a difference as he works with his clients to reach their health and lifestyle goals. John’s other passions in life include the outdoors, traveling, animals, jiu-jitsu, and spending time with family and friends.
